The pods on the Broad Windsor are one of the largest varieties of Fava that you'll find.  An old time heirloom from 1863, Fava Broad Windsor are true bush beans and heavy yielders. Very sweet flavor similar to a pea!  Cool weather bean that can be planted as soon as the ground can be worked in spring.  Does not tolerate hot weather well.
