Delicious, attractive and nutritious, Blue Curled Scotch produces a bounty of silvery, blue-green leaves throughout the cooler months.  We loved making kale chips out of this variety!  Wonderful mixture of sweet and bitter - toss with olive oil, sea salt & then bake for a superb snack!  Great in soups, salads and stir-fry as well.

Blue / Green, leafy heads up to 15 Inches / Spread up to 35 Inches 60+ Days to Harvest. Recommended for All Zones. Heirloom, Open Pollinated Will tolerate some shade, but prefers full sun exposure
