PLANT WHITE VIENNA KOHLRABI SEEDS - GROW HEIRLOOM KOHLRABI

 

Though looking like the shyer cousin of Purple Vienna, White Vienna produces the same mild, subtle taste.  Easy to grow, some gardeners prefer to plant White Vienna in place of other brassicas like Cabbage to avoid the perils of cabbage moths and worms.  Eat raw with a dip, or cook both bulb and leaves.  Does best in cool weather - too hot and they get woody, and they don't do well after a frost.

Harvest white bulbs at 4 Inches 60 Days to Harvest. Performs best in cooler temperatures; Recommended for All Zones. Heirloom, Open Pollinated Will tolerate some shade, but prefers full sun exposure
